Denis F. Driscoll
Denis F. Driscoll is an experienced litigator who handles most of our law firm's trials. He has been admitted to practice law since 1988, joining our firm in 1996 and becoming a partner in 1999.
Most of Denis's trial experience is as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx District Attorney's Office where he achieved the designation of Senior Trial Assistant responsible for homicides and other major offenses in the Sex Crimes Unit. Before leaving the public sector, Denis lectured at the New York State Police Academy, instructing new recruits in the proper techniques in investigation and prosecution of criminal matters.
Using his skills as a trial attorney, Denis has obtained optimal results results for our clients either through trial or settlement of their case. Denis' abilities have earned him the highest rating for attorneys issued by Martindale-Hubbell (AV). |
