Kurt M. Resch
is a founding member of the Law Firm Hoberman, Resch
& Driscoll, P.C. In 1978, he was admitted to practice
law in the state of New Jersey, he is also admitted to practice
law in both New York and Pennsylvania. Kurt is certified by the
New Jersey Supreme Court as Certified Criminal Trial Attorney.
Kurt has extensive experience in the trial of significant criminal
and civil cases. He was assistant to Sybil Moses on the Dr. X murder
trial, the longest criminal trial in the history of New Jersey. He
was also chief of the organized crime section of the Bergen County
Prosecutors office, where his responsibilities included wiretapping
and complicated criminal investigations.
Kurt is a graduate of Rutgers College and Ohio Northern University,
School of Law. He is also an experienced lecturer and teacher as well
the author of two books.
