Kurt M. Resch, Esq. was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1978. He attended Rutgers College and earned his law degree from Ohio Northern University. In addition to being a member of the New Jersey Bar, he is also admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York. He is a certified criminal trial attorney and a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He serves as an arbitrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey and the American Arbitration Association. He concentrates his practice in criminal law and personal injury litigation.

Denis F. Driscoll, Esq. was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1988 and the New York Bar in 1989. He graduated from Villanova University and St. John's University Law School. He is a former Assistant District Attorney in The Bronx, where he tried in excess of thirty-five felony trials, with a conviction rate of 100%. He is currently the municipal prosecutor in Denville and Montville, New Jersey. His primary areas of practice are personal injury, criminal law and employment discrimination.
